I Teach main stream classes mainly for older people, seated Class for the less able, one to ones tutoring (Standing and seated). I have taught 10 year olds which is very rewarding.
I work locally in care homes helping the residents to enjoy using their imagination while practising the soft art of tai chi. I have also worked with Headway, people who have had strokes or brain injuries and tai chi helps them on many levels.- Website
