I am based in the Cambridge area and teach a wide range of classes which include specialist adaptations for people with particular needs as well as 'mainstream' Yang and Chen style T'ai Chi Chuan.
I try to maintain a balance between different aspects of the art; martial, healing and meditational. This is reflected in the range and diversity of the classes that I teach. I also offer training for health care professionals and receive referrals from them to my classes. Full details are on my website.
